In-home training
is becoming increasingly effective and efficient as people's lives are
becoming more and more hectic and complicated. Some people's lifestyles
simply do not allow for free time to travel to and from a commercial
gym. This is where I come in. I bring personalized, effective personal
training right to your doorstep.
No
equipment necessary. We will be working with various non-traditional
methods including but not limited to: kettlebells, medicine ball
training, bodyweight and dumbbell circuits, jump rope interval
training, and more. Each session will vary. The key to avoiding
stagnation is proper programming and the willingness to change things
up on a regular basis. Each session will be 45 minutes to one hour in
length, depending on what we are focusing on for that given day.
I offer just a single option
- 3 session package.
The first session will be entirely assessment based. You will be
observed in multiple static and dynamic postures so that we may better
understand your movement patterns. This static and dynamic assessment
session will allow us to identify your weaknesses and deficits so that
we may begin correcting them immediately. In addition, we will obtain
various measurements so that we may continually track progress should
we both conclude that you are right for my training practices.
My static and dynamic assessment testing consists of various positions and
exercises that I have deemed necessary to obtain a clear understanding
of my clienteles' movement patterns.
This
wide variety of assessment techniques will provide a great deal of
insight into your specific movement patterns, thus allowing me to shape
an individualized program to fit your needs.
