What exactly is the Continuum? The Continuum is the never-ending cycle of unimagination and stagnation, a total lack of exercise knowledge and a willingness to learn and listen. Doesn't sound like very much fun, does it? If you don't think you're stuck in it, you probably are; thousands of gym devotees, both young and old, continue to cling to outdated training methods and beliefs. This is inefficient.
