Whether you’re looking to gain strength, improve conditioning or drop a few pounds, you’ve come to the right place. My workouts are quick and intense. They focus on movements you use in everyday life, and incorporate both corrective and performance-enhancing exercises. Function is the key.
I know – tons of fitness professionals use the same lines. I’m sure that makes it tough for you to tell one of us apart from the others. Just hold on a sec. I’m going to make it easy for you. Here’s a glimpse of what sets me apart from the typical trainers you’ve probably encountered in the gym…
Comprehensive Assessment. First, I’ll measure your body fat via skinfold and take girth measurements, both of which we’ll use to track your progress. Next, you’ll receive a complete posture analysis. I’ll look for common warning signs of imbalances and factor this into your programming. Finally, I’ll put you through a series of fitness tests to set a baseline. But don’t worry – you’ll look back at these numbers in a few months and scoff.
Goal Setting Session. Sure, it’s my job to create awesome workouts that challenge you. But that’s only the beginning. When it comes down to it, that alone isn’t enough. My job is to help you make a change in your life – usually a huge change. To do that, we’ll need to nail down a few major goals to work towards. I’ll provide you with key strategies, and I’ll walk you through every step of the process.
Personalized Programming. We’re all different. What works for Mary might not work for Bob. I understand that. That’s why we spent all that time on fitness assessment and goal setting, remember? You’ll receive a program 100% tailored to your specific needs. More importantly, I’ll be here to tweak that program as we go. And no, those tweaks won’t cost you any extra. Just as you adapt to the training, I adapt the training to you.

Face to Face Training
Completely gym-free 1-on-1 fitness services offered in Fort Collins and surrounding areas. We meet at a park, or I come to you. The workouts consist of a potent combination of bodyweight, kettlebells, TRX, bands, and sledgehammers. And maybe an old tire, if you’re lucky.

Distance Training/Program Design
If your schedule doesn’t allow you to meet regularly, or you’re located in a different area, this is the option for you. I’ll design a program to meet your needs. You’ll receive each of the workouts via email or text, with accompanying video demonstrations. Additionally, you will have unlimited access to me via email or text to ask any questions you may want answered.
Four weeks of programming. We’ll work 1 month at a time at a flat rate of $100. That rate covers everything.
Initial video chat.The program starts with a video meeting. We’ll talk about your strengths and weaknesses, establish a set of short-term and long-term goals, and more.
Program tailored to you. After you send me videos of a series of assessments, I’ll create a personalized program for you to follow. And, of course, I’ll make changes as needed over the course of the month.
Exercise help. I’ll also set you up with video exercise demonstrations, along with text descriptions and the most helpful cues.
Unlimited access. Just in case all of that isn’t enough, you will have 100% unlimited email and text access to me. I’ll answer any question you have within 24 hours, guaranteed. There’s no limit to what you can ask.
